Mark

• BenchmarkQA consultant since 2007.

• Over 15 years of diversified experience in Quality Engineering including roles as programmer tester, test analyst, quality and test engineering process design and Software Quality organization leadership.

• Strong background in risk management including assessment, mitigation and tracking.

Jagan

• BenchmarkQA consultant since 2009.
• 8+ years in the software testing Web-based, Client/Server, data warehouse applications and managing software QA programs and teams.
• 4+ years of experience as team lead in effectively managing QA teams and has actively participated in all the stages of software development and Testing Life cycle with specialization in System validation and Use Case methods, Traceability Matrix. Highly experienced in managing offshore QA teams.
• Excellent communication skills, leadership qualities, analytical and relationship management skills with thorough knowledge of Internet standards, web site design principles and software usability practices.
• Expertise in creating project plans, master test plans, scheduling test cycles and meeting deliverables on time.
• Strong quality assurance skills, especially in the area of Load/performance testing and security testing of websites analyzing different Ciphers.
• Experienced in working on Microsoft Azure Cloud computing in testing a web app for a scientific research project.

Most recent accomplishments: Jagan recently conducted load and performance testing for a high-profile client's cloud application, and analyzed results for optimization of the application's performance. By analyzing 26 different ciphers, Jagan also assessed the strength of SSL servers to ensure the site's security.

Nirmal

• BenchmarkQA consultant since 2010.
• Over 14 years of experience in quality assurance, testing and software development, for client /server, embedded, multimedia and portal software applications as QA Lead and QA Analyst.
• Built and managed a team of 14 QA Analysts. Worked on resource allocation and planning for multiple projects simultaneously, managing available resources and skill sets required for the job as well as defining Project Testing Strategy and test plan documentation, and generating metrics related to application quality including root cause analysis.
• Unique combination of business knowledge in multiple industries including insurance, health care and transportation with understanding of SDLC and Quality Assurance methodologies.

Penny

• BenchmarkQA consultant since 2009.
• Over 15 years experience in software quality and compliance.
• Specializes in creating a team environment by creating clear, simple documentation for all aspects of quality assurance and the QA team. As QA Lead, focuses on implementing incremental changes to build towards larger, more substantial cultural changes in the organization.
• Experienced in test management, agile methodology, defect management, test lab development, process improvement, and metrics reporting.

Most recent accomplishments:In her current position, Penny is helping the client improve their software development process by creating standardized, repeatable procedures for QA and project team processes, creating high-level test documentation, and developing a test case suite for a new software product using HP Quality Center.
